Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is an invigorating practice using low impact exercises that focus on strengthening and lengthening. Exercising on the mat using your own body resistance, this form of Pilates provides a full body workout that will build strength, improve your posture and engage a mind body connection. At Frame Pilates we will provide you with a mat, Pilates ball, magic circle. You just have to turn up!

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a work out for your whole body using a state of the art apparatus – the reformer! Reformer Pilates isolates muscle groups and is an ideal exercise to strengthen your whole body while improving posture, flexibility and balance. The reformer bed is designed to accommodate different body sizes and skills. Frame Pilates is excited to introduce reformer Pilates in the future!
Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates
Pilates is widely regarded as one of the best exercises for pre and post natal. With a strong emphasis on core and pelvic floor strengthening, Pilates can assist in preparing for pregnancy, birth and the recovering post birth. At Frame Pilates we provide one-on-one mat and reformer classes for pre and post natal clients with our head instructor, Cassie. She is prenatal and postnatal APPI method trained.
